For the first Skype interview, the interviewer explicitly stated he had not read my resume. He then largely asked questions that had little to no clear bearing on the position I was interviewing for. It went poorly, but he asked me to take the coding test (7 day limit), and said they'd allow extra time since I was working full time already.
This clearly wasn't communicated to HR, who had to be prompted days later to send the test, and then did not provide extra time. After reviewing the test and finding out part of it is an essay on provided topics (again, irrelevant to the position) including whatever research might be necessary, I declined to take it.
I was later contacted by a different recruiter who got them to bypass the essay requirement, so I submitted a project and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. At this point I still had a full-time job and had to reschedule half a day of work for this.
I arrived and met the same interviewer, who not only did not remember me, but clearly didn't know I was in for the second interview, asking the same questions as before. The general tone was an expectation of extremely low-level knowledge of all technology vaguely related to server infrastructure.
The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and unbelievably inconsiderate. There has clearly been no effort to change this process, contrary to what the company's responses to other criticisms here claim. I haven't heard back yet, but I would be shocked if I received an offer, and would almost certainly decline it anyway after this mess.
