Strange Interview Process. Had an initial screener set up with the recruiter, but as soon as he joined the call he told me they had too many candidates in the funnel at that time so they were not doing any more interviews (Not sure why the scheduled the call and didn't cancel in advance if that's the case). A couple hours later they emailed me and said they did want to talk to me after all. Rescheduled that first screener for a few weeks later, but on the call recruiter seemed rushed and didn't really seem like he was listening to my answers, nor did he leave adequate time for questions, as he told me he needed to rush off to another meeting (this was 20 minutes into a call scheduled for 30). They told me next step was a SQL test, but there were too many red flags at this point so I decided to drop out of the process.
