Started with the standard recruiter phone screen, went on to a coding interview with the Engineering Manager, then on to final multiple round technical panel interviews (lasting over 4 hours total). Almost everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The amount of technical interviewing felt a bit over the top as redundant questions were asked in different interview panels. Unfortunately, the team I was working with came into the interview seeming hostile towards me. While everyone else had clear, concise questions, theirs were rambling and difficult to understand, even after asking clarifying questions. Didn't have that issue with anyone else at the company, so not quite sure why they had such a chip on their shoulder.
