The recruiter reached out to me with a vague job description, and then he set up an Interview with the hiring Manager. The interview was all about my past project and experience.

Got in touch with GT at a university job fair. Had a good conversation with a team lead in attendance and was asked to apply online. A week later I was scheduled for a skype interview/screening where it was determined that my skills and experiences aligned with the company's interests. I was then invited to their Westmont office for an on-site interview consisting of a 30 minute presentation on my masters thesis, followed by questions, and then 1:1 interviews with a few different people following lunch. It was quite a pleasant experience and everyone is genuinely interested in getting to know you and your competencies. If you know what you're doing/talking about, this is as enjoyable and easy as an interview gets.
