Everyone was respectful. The Director set the tone and offered support. The additional faculty seemed busy but asked good questions. Overall it was a good experience but it want the right fit for me.

Full day interview. Meet with committee, department chair, dean, provost. Also, teaching demonstration for about 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and supportive. It was a fair interview. Lunch is with students.
