First Interviewed by phone.Once passed the phone screen met for a 1 to 1 interview. It was a line up process in the lobby of a hotel. You next interview followed directly and sat in full view of your interview. Individual who interviewed had been with the company for years.

The process took about two weeks. First was an interview with HR with basic questions and then the sales manager. The interview with sales manager went into more details about the position.

Sent in Resume and cover letter, had to fill out and send back applicant questionnaire, had two phone calls, one from the Regional Manager and one from the District Manager, had an in person interview with the Regional Manager, was then given the job by the district manager. Had to email to find out what was going on in between interviews.

It was great, many questions. I took a test online, IQ and personality, I had a phone screening from HR, and then had two interviews in person. After applying online. It was a great process about 2 weeks, and then I was offered position on the spot.
