1st Phone screening with recruiter 2nd Zoom with HR Business Leader 3rd Zoom with other HR Business Leader Recruiter asked basic filler questions about your background and why you would like to work for Gap. Business Leader asked HR related questions to gauge your experience in the field as well as telling you about Gap. I never received a a follow up after the process or a disposition email stating they moved on to another candidate.

Seems incredibly unorganized. Had to follow up multiple times. Little to no updates. Took about 3 months of calls and interviews to finally get a rejection. Would not recommend. Sad because I genuinely wanted the role, but every single interaction gave me so many red flags about the company and how unorganized they are.

I had a phone screen with the Dept director (not a recruiter) which went well because I was told that by the director that she wanted me to come onsite to interview in the next few days. I followed up with her twice. My emails were ignored. I followed up a 3rd time and heard back that things were fine, the Dept. was just trying to be sure of their needs. I'm not sure why she ignored my emails in the beginning and didn't reach out and inform me of things. Especially when she knew I was waiting to interview. Very poor candidate experience. Replying to a person take about 3 mins. A simple "I'm sorry for not getting van to you sooner, but the position is paused foe the moment." I should have never had to Email 3 times to find that out. Candidate experience is extremely important to me.
