My recruiter did a great job reaching out to me and informing me about the process and next steps the whole way through! They start with the recruiter phone interview, then the hiring manager phone interview. If you pass that, they move you to in-person 1:1s with the hiring manager and others.

They ask behavioral based questions and requested examples of my responses. Sometimes they would dig deeper into my response which is great. I'm glad they take finding the right candidate seriously!
