Interviewed at the Gap office a few weeks back. Took time off my schedule on a Monday morning for this and the recruiter didn’t even get back to me with the results until I followed up. Radio silence for two weeks straight. Tip: Even if you don’t select a candidate - make sure to respect their time. It’s highly unprofessional and disrespectful! Also the whole interview felt like the interest from the hiring manager and all the interviewers was very passive. Didn’t test me on my skills - just behavioral questions for an analytics role! Seemed like they took me out of consideration before even interviewing me. In that case, I would have preferred they didn’t call me onsite on a workday. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waste of time! Unacceptably unprofessional!
