Applied with a recruiter and a few days later had a phone screen set up. The phone screen was simple questions regarding my previous experience and why I was looking to make a move. This call took around 30 minutes. The next day an in-person interview was scheduled. I went the following week and was introduced to the team over lunch. Questions were simple yes or no questions with the manager doing 90% of the talking about what "they wanted to do."
