Internally applied. Job remained open for 24 days after I had applied internally (30 days total) and externally with zero communication. Only reason I found out was I looked through the organization team and saw a new person in the position I applied for. Not mad I didn't get it, that happens but it's extremely frustrating when you talk to the appropriate parties and no one sends you any sort of communication about the position.
