I applied online and was called a few weeks later to come in for an interview. I know that they were scheduling many back-to-back interviews to fill multiple positions. I met with the hiring manager in an office at the back of the store. It was a brief, generic interview. A few questions were asked about previous work experience and customer service. At the end, the hiring manager asked me to put together an outfit with a few items in the store and describe how the outfit could go from day to night.

Describe what you think is the best way to deal with a difficult or unhappy customer.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
