Interview
The interview was relatively easy, a lot of behavioral questions. With regards to how I got the interview I applied online, heard back from one location within a day, another within a week. It depends I guess based on the individual stores needs, I applied for the summer position with the option to work once the semester at school began. Came in for a group interview, games were played where they gauged how interactive you were and your energy. Very easy interview and received offer same day.

Question 1
Questions pertaining to how you would handle certain employee interactions, from friendly to hostile.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
