Interview
The interview process was quick and easy, we had a group interview and then this was followed by an in-person interview. We were in a group of five people for the initial group interview and it took place in the store. This was unique in my experiences with retail job interviews. Once the group interview ended, they let us know that they would be hiring for three positions.

Can you pick out an outfit that best represents your style?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
