I applied online and received a phone call from one of the general manangers two weeks after to schedule an in person interview. Normally depending on the season you'll be thrown into a group interview. Where they'll ask you basic interview questions and have you put together an outfit. After you'll go into a 1:1 mini interview with the manager.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
