Applied online, received a 10 min call and was asked for an interview in store. During the interview I was asked to be on the shop floor with another team member, interact with customers, tidy up. After an hour or so I was asked a few questions by the manager about myself, the company, retail etc. I was called later on in the interview with an offer.

Give me an example of when you gave excellent customer service
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
