Applied online on Monday, got a call on Tuesday asking if I can come in for an interview on Friday. 2 hours later I got the job!!
The interview itself was soooo good. It was more of a casual conversation than an interview.
What I loved was that they care about people’s beliefs and background etc.
I’m a Muslim hijabi and the guy asked if I would like to take a mini break for prayer and that really made me happy. Just goes to show people do care about others.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
