Interview
Got a call a day after I applied online to come in for an interview. Ended up being a group interview of about 5 other people. Lasted about an hour, had to introduce ourselves and asked basic interview questions. Make sure you stand out and talk but don't talk too much. Try to show them who you are. At the end of the interview the manager let the people that didn't get the job go home and told us we had the job if we passed the background check. Passed the background check a week later and came in for orientation a couple days after that.
