pretty quick, 1 group interview that lasted about an hour! i guess they had about 3 groups, 4 ppl per group. everyone in my group got hired and then 1 other girl. not bad place to work, job is fun and people are nice. just don't quit near christmas or they will guilt the **** out of you and not use you as a reference

Question 1
They asked you to go pick out 2 outfits from the store, gave you a scenario for each. One was a going to a wedding (pffft yeah right like i'd buy a dress for a wedding at Gap!)
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
