It was based on "Tell me about yourself". "Sell your outfit to me if I were a customer" (Gotta have confidence) ... Laid back took about 2-3 weeks and the store management seems like she has a couple of drinks before her shift which is very inappropriate and not supersizing. Make sure you bring a copy of your resume before the day of the interview and dress appropriate

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
