I applied through their job application system. It took over two months to get a reply. Recruiter called and asked if I was still interested in the job that I applied for. I replied yes and she told me what they were thinking for compensation. I had two phone interviews, was asked general questions about my experience and background. Then was asked for a site interview. I met with a few team members and a director. I got an offer but with a lower compensation than I was told on the phone.
