Interview
Applicants enter a big hall and take a test - one test involves a slide being shown for a few seconds with applicants expected to be able to pick out the items that are banned. The brief is adequate, a lot of people fail though. The next test is general knowledge, language, and verbal/non-verbal reasoning. This is all followed by a brief generic interview with all the usual questions.
It was nerve-racking and yet simple . First, you do the assessment and then do the interview. They will contact you within 14 days either by email or phone. The assessment consist of X-ray images and grammar. It also has simple math problems.
It involves object recognition in which you are required to identify some objects as they appear on the X-ray image. Then you proceed to the aptitude test of 100 questions to be answered within an hour. The third stage is the one on one interview.
