Applied, got email invitation to testing right away. 2 tests, pass or fail. If you failed you were told immediately and had to leave the process. If you pass the 2 tests you have a preliminary 5 minute interview about your availability, etc. If you pass, you are told you will be phoned and invited for a 30 minute interview. I tested on Friday, and was called for second interview on Monday.
