I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Garmin (Olathe, KS)
Interview
Long, drawn-out process. Phone interview with HR recruiter, followers by hiring manager interview over video conference, 4 hour in-person interview with team and other groups (about 10 people total), complete a presentation that took about 5 hours, review presentation with hiring manager, give presentation to multiple executives. Executives seemed very engaged. Hiring manager didn't seem interested from the start so I almost regret spending as much time as I did on the entire process as I had to take PTO multiple times.
They seemed interested in very specific skill-sets versus a holistic view of the applicant. I'm not certain, but I believe my salary requirements may have been an issue. However, I'll readily admit I can come off as arrogant, so that could have certainly been the issue.
Got notified of rejection with boiler plate email. They didn't respond when I asked for feedback. After the time I invested, I feel that that is the least that they could have done.

it's good, just professional and kind. However, I didn't get hired. Anyway, I am still happy that i attended the interview. It's better if you have prior experience in a corresponding field.

I applied online. I interviewed at Garmin (Southampton, England)
Interview
An initial interview with the hiring manager and HR manager. This was followed by a second interview with hiring manager and HR manager consisting of a task simulating the skills required in the role.
I started with a phone screening with HR, where they reviewed background, explained the job details, and asked questions. The interviewer was thorough and explained things clearly. I accepted another offer before moving onto another rpund, but was impressed with the individuals I interacted with.
