Interview with HR reps, 1 hour call going through very general questions to assess culture fit and sales experience. Scripted interview process made it feel less organic and did not experience strong culture fit.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
First round phone screen, with a followed up virtual interview. For about one hour.
the process was good, but no reply after the second interview.
The HR should spend some time to reply candidates even were not selected.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
The entire process was a LOGISTICAL NIGHTMARE lasting over 4 months start to finish! Gartner is clearly an industry leader with the quadrant reporting and consulting services... What a disappointment to find the interview process riddled with confusion, lackluster communication from multiple departments, and an awkward final interview that left much to be desired.
Advice: Refine and have a sense of urgency with candidate placement, there is review after review on Glassdoor communicating this direct feedback. Take this and apply it the same way a candidate would accept and apply usable feedback.
