The interview screening is 3 parts. 1 phone call with a recruiter. 1 interview with said recruiter. 1 interview with sales managers or other managers. They heavily rely on the STAR method. They offer great advice and suggestions for change throughout the entire process. You will leave the process with more knowledge of your professional skills than when you arrived, if you do not get an offer. There is a role play sales call. No matter what… Close. The. Call.

Tell me about a time you had to change someone’s mind.
Smooth and professional, the recruiter was very straight forward, responsive, and cut to the chase. I wasn’t confused at any point in the process and the next steps were always very clear
Interview process was great. The expectation was very clear going into the sales pitch interview it and the interviewer provided great insight into the sales training and the path to becoming successful early on
3 stages, involving STAR method, hiring manager 2 rounds and sdr boss final round, learn the gartner product well as well as sales process. Very friendly people and an interesting company to start career.
