The interview process consists of a screening call with the recruiter, if they decide to move on, you will have an hour Teams meeting to assess competency by using behavioral based questions as well as your resume. After that, if the recruiter decides to move forward, a prep call on Teams meeting will be scheduled for the duration of 30 minutes. The recruiter will send resources and great at walking you through the process. Then you will be scheduled for an hour and half Teams meeting with a lead skilled assessor. It's scheduled as a panel interview but in reality it's only the lead skilled assessor. This final interview consists of: Introductions, Resume, Behavioral based questions and finally a role play. My biggest turn off during this second interview came at the role play. I have already interviewed with them before so I knew what to expect. The Lead Skilled Assessor was also aware that I had interviewed before and even remembered me. When the role play scenario was presented it was the exact same scenario as before with no changes. During the role play, almost the entirety of the role play changed. No longer was there a meeting, and the client no longer had to make any choices. As the LSA said, priorities change.
