I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner in Jun 2026
Interview
The process starts with a screening call - no issues there.
The next round was a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. The coordination and scheduling of the interview was smooth and organized on the part of the recruiting team. However, the hiring manager informed me at the beginning of the call that it would be 30 minutes, instead of 45 minutes. This shows a lack of respect for my time and creates an uneven playing field between candidates.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2023
