Very in depth hiring process, I ended up doing 4 interviews - the first with the HR department, and all subsequent interviews with the market director, existing team members and direct line manager.

The traditional interview questions describing your career experience, why Gartner etc - one interview was 3 hours long, the first hour examines your business acumen with lots of scenario based questions, what you would do in certain business situations, the 2nd hour gives you time to prepare a presentation for a role play - you then present and conduct this role play during the final hour.
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview
