I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Arlington, VA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Recruiter got in touch with me on LinkedIn and we had an hour long screening phone call. She was great, she explained the research they are doing, their business model, their clients, about the role... She was always in touch with me for the next steps (if there is a next step). They arranged a Webex call with a HM. Recruiter helped me to get ready for that. HM was also great. It was a behavioral interview. So questions are mostly "Tell me about a time that you helped a research that you were not a a part of the research team", "Tell me about a time when you had a conflict?". It was an hour long interview. Interviewer wasn't intimating at all. My recruiter got in touch with me very next day and told me that there will be 2. 5 hours long in-person interview. And they were kind enough to reschedule it after we already set a date. The first 1 hour of the in-person interview is Intellectual Curiosity Exercise. There were 2 people and interviewer asked me a broad question something like "why people do this or that". I got to add that I am new in the country and English is not my first language, I know that I couldn't express my thoughts in a more organised and effective way. That's on me. They didn't asked me this question (which I knew it wasn't a good sign) but they usually ask how can they test these variables. Even though I was nervous and self conscious, this first part of the interview was fun, almost like a conversation. Just make sure you pay attention to interviewers input. 2nd part of the interview was the writing test. They give you a 2 or 3 pages long HBR style article and they have one question about the article. And you should write a blog post about that question. It takes an hour. And last part of the interview is meeting and greetings with the manager. Make sure you have your questions ready for the first and the last part.
But then, they didn't answer any of my emails for 2 weeks (including the recruiter I was working with). And after 2 weeks I got the generic "you didn't get the position" email. Which it was disappointing. You spend all the time and energy for all the interviews and you work closely with the recruiter... I expected at least a feedback.
I wanted to wait couple weeks to write a review because I didn't want to be unfair. It was mostly a positive experience until after in-person interview. People have positive attitude. This process was a great chance for me to practice my interview skills because as an immigrant I don't get much interview opportunities.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you have conflict in your team
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
Three rounds of interview were conducted in 30 days so the interview process was very long. The difficulty level was average. I cleared all rounds except the final one which I thought went great but the recruiter sent a WhatsApp message saying “Not Selected”. I enjoyed the interview process but the worst part for me was that they didn’t even share the feedback formally. The recruiter initially mentioned that I will get detailed feedback after each round but that didn’t happen. I wanted to know interviewer’s feedback especially after giving a satisfactory performance but all I got was “Not Selected” on WhatsApp.

Behavioural Questions were primarily from my CV and the case study round was on introducing 4 days a week for employees by a medical device manufacturer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner in Feb 2022
Interview
5 rounds. CV shortlist followed by HR screening where they ask about previous experience, why do you want to shift, etc., then a Written assignment that you have to turn around in 24 hrs, Behavioral round with interesting questions, Case round 1 is intense with hiring manager, out of the box questions are asked and finally case round 2 where again a case is given to solve. Very professional HR and streamlined processes. Professional interviewers.
