First interview round was over 2.5 hours online, with multiple steps. They also gave you critical feedback after each round which added to the pressure and self doubt throughout the rounds. It felt like everything was being read off a script and the interviewers had no personality - couldn't get a grip of the actual culture.

They wanted to do a roleplay sales, It was very awkward and were given 4 minutes to prepare.

started with an initial phone call, then 2 video interviews which included behavioural questions and a sales role play. final stage was an assessment centre which included networking, traits based interview, role play and Gartner articulation.
Very technical, asking about rejection handling and sales skills. Be prepared for competency based interview questions and mock sales pitches. Prepare a lot before hand and use LinkedIn for interviews

There are 3 stages. I applied through LinkekdIn, I got through the screening stage, which was good, and then moved to second round, the second round interviewer was very harsh. Although the second interview was harsh, its good that provide detailed feedback after every stage
