I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
The interview process consisted of two casual interviews with recruiters, then a 3-hour interview consisting of a behavioral interview, case study, and writing exercise. The process went very fast since they were looking to hire someone quickly. The recruiters were helpful and answered all my questions and helped get you in the right mindset for the 3-hour interview. The behavioral interview was pretty standard, about 10-12 questions. The interviewer was so nice and helped me feel at ease. The case study was about public transportation, and they guide you through it with questions, show you charts, and let you explain and defend your recommendation. My experience was very positive up until the end, when I followed up with one of the recruiters I interviewed with asking what the decision timeline was like. She addressed me by the wrong name and told me I didn't get the position. So I suppose they were never going to tell me the outcome if I hadn't followed up? It just seemed like a bit of a strange way to end after all the time and energy both me the applicant and Gartner the company spent.

The interview process was initially well-driven with prompt feedbacks; however, later the HR ghosted with so many rounds. With no feedback nothing. Which is sadly the reality of the job market now
