Question 1
Name a specific instance in which you influenced the decision of a manager, professor or leader.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL)
Interview
Gartner recruiter sourced me on LinkedIn on May 13th. We scheduled a 30 minute interview for Friday May 22nd . The recruiter reached out to me less than an hour before the interview to cancel and reschedule for the following week. I followed up twice to provide availability and have had no response.
This is so unprofessional and reflects poorly on Gartner. I worked as a recruiter right out of college & am well aware of the reason this took place , and I at least had enough professionalism to inform the sourced candidate that we decided to move forward with a referral or other candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
First a recruiter contacted me over Linkedin and days after that I had my first phone interview with him where we basically talked about my previous experience. After this I got to talk to another recruiter for the Client manager role/department. I didn't make it past that but if I would I would have another video interview with two other people and after that they would fly my in for the last interview.
