There were 3 round, intial HR screening round where she asked behavioral questions, then In person round with Director(again some more behavioral questions, then case study writing where you had to write a blog on a HBR article

Tell me something you did that was creative and your clients were impressed with.
The interview process consisted of three rounds.
1. First- An initial discussion wherein they understand your research approach and skills
2. Second- Case study round which was more technical and tested analytical skills
3. Third- Management round which was more about how you could fit in the team, the way you think etc

What was a recent innovation you came across that made an impact?
Interview process was very hard. There were 4 rounds: Written, case study interview, HR interview and Managerial round. The case study round was for 30 mins but went up to 1 hour.

Lengthy and time consuming. 4 interview rounds each that are scheduled almost a month apart. The interview process is 1 hour and a half atleast. good company but less pay
