The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview and requested my availability a few days after I submitted my application. I provided my availability within a couple of hours but have never heard back from her and received an email in about 10 days informing me that they will not be proceeding with my application for this particular role. I find it very unprofessional to reach out to schedule an interview and not to proceed with it even if you identified a better fit.
