Interview
Was contacted through Linkedln by a recruiter, she was amazed by my experience and wanted to set up a call. I accepted her invitation and we spoke for around 15 minutes. She said I was a perfect fit for this company and that my resume was going to be sent to HR. Fast forward 3 days and I received an email saying I was not qualified and they decided to move on with other candidates. Why contact me in the first place then ?!?!
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.
