The process comprised of various rounds including Aptitude test+Case Study, followed by 2 Personal Interviews with a combination of technical and HR questions. Aptitude test was of moderate difficulty while the interviews had some tricky questions.

It was a really well conducted - not so much by the HR as by the hiring managers who interviewed esp the case round. The case didn't need any background info but most of their cases seem to be talent/HR related though they say they are a tech/ research company.
