Gear up for this interview process! Multiple calls with the recruiter to start. If you make it to the next round you’ll have a call with several of the hiring managers that last at least 30 minutes. Come prepared with lots of questions and be ready to give examples. If they like you you’ll again meet with your recruiter and will set up a call with someone in the role your interviewing for. Ask them lots of questions. Gartner hires on curiosity! It’s 1 of the 4 traits they look for. Lastly if you make it past that you’ll have your final interview. I think mine lasted about 2 hours. It consisted of an office tour, a presentation that I put together followed by Q&A. Afterwards they take you in a separate room for a role play situation. You have about 5 minutes to prepare. Once that’s wrapped up they bring you back in, be sure to ask for feedback. I believe the process took about 3-4 months from start to finish. This is not a quick hire!
