2 recruiters reached out to me. Interviewed with both and they both cut contact after the 2nd interview. No communication despite follow up requests and feedback requests. 2nd recruiter actually messaged me on LinkedIn again; she forgot she had already interviewed me and chose not to respond then either. Not a very friendly process.

Describe your current role, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.

3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a phone call with a recruiter. 2nd and 3rd stages were competency and character based questions focused around a career in sales and at Gartner.
