What's an example of constructive criticism you received, and how did it help you do better?
Only asked motivational questions, as specified in the invite email. Overall, good experience, interviewer was friendly and I was able to ask quite a few questions and get good answers.
Aptitude tests then 1 short form interview, 1 longer interview then case studies interview.first two interviews are about your motivations and about yourself. Recruiter was very nice throughout and quite friendly

Three rounds of interviews. Two phone interviews and one video call. Each round lasted 30 minutes to an hour and they asked extensive questions, expecting answers in a STAR format. There were several behavioral questions, as well as questions about the company.
