The interview process started well, but after the first round, it quickly went downhill. The assessment process began w/ a first-round, hour-long phone interview with the initial recruiter to gauge aptitude and fit through a series of Yes/No and Behavioral Based Interview Questions. (Exp: Which office is your top choice, etc.) Unlike some of the processes I've been involved in, I appreciate that feedback is provided on the call, so you'll know whether or not you've advanced to the next round immediately. Eventually, I made it to the final round (3rd ) interview with less than 24 hours notice from the recruiting team, which I found to be unprofessional given that it took over a week to hear back after I provided availability. Once I got to the interview, the hiring manager was extremely rude and condescending and belittled me after responding to specific questions. Unfortunately, this was just one red flag out of the many that came up during my interview process, including recruiters not responding to emails, etc. It's been about a month since my interview, and I still haven't heard back. Overall, I've lost a lot of respect for Gartner.
