When I signed on at the correct time to interview, they asked me to log off the zoom meeting so they could chat for 10 minutes. I would think that at such a great company they could have better prepared for my interview and not get prepared during my interview. The one interviewer also insulted me by asking if all we do is sell cookies after I stated how my community service in Girl Scouts motivated me to want a career helping people in any which way. They also seem to stress their "diversity" by discussing ERGs. I asked 4 different people at the company to discuss more about the ERGs and all of them answered "I don't know." I guess diversity at the company really isn't all that important to them.
