I was heavily coached through the process which was a little helpful, but I did not feel like I could be myself. First interview was on the phone and second interview was through video. Half of the interview was basically a quiz on what Gartner does. Additionally, the recruiter I spoke with originally gave me a date of when I'd hear back about my status but I did not actually hear anything until almost a week later, even after following up. Gartner is a highly respected company, so my advice is to just be prepared for an intense interview process.
