Be the professional robot they expect you to be. Be personable, but think before you speak. When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter how close you are to the recruiters, the managers have the final say. I talked with a Gartner recruiter for over a year, but got the axe in the second round of interviews because I said the word "damn," and was told I was too casual. Great company, but don't be relaxed until you get the offer.
