first get in touch with recruiter ask me if im intressting in there job offer. Then got 30 min interview at this time looks very good. After 1 Month get message from other recruiter again 30 mins same questions same answers. Then he told me I would fit very good the company and he will make one more Interview with me about 1 Hour. I asked him friendly what kind of interview it is. Because I feel like I tell them all already. He just told me just some more questions but you will be fine. He send me the address with pictures where the company is and told me it would great if I can start soon as possible. After 3 weeks finally we got our final Interview he ask me some questions and then he told ok lets make a rolepart. At this moment I was totally confused because he never told me that.. There was no way to prepare for this. I mean its ok if they Like to do so but they should think about that english is not my native language.. So I try to keep the Interview rolling but after 8 hours work day and 1 hour Interview I was just totaly blocked at this time to keep the Roleplay in a good mood. He told me hey its ok I understand no problem we can make a other time for the Roleplay Interview I will come back to you. I thanked him and I prepare for the next meeting. 5 Days later no answer so I ask him when we got the next meeting ? He told me he call me tomorrow and give me the results. He call me on the next day and told me sorry but this time it don't work for us... I was like ähhh but you told me we got a other meeting is it because of the Roleplay. He could not tell me. Then he told me dont worry we are looking for more people the next year and I will come back to you. Long story short.. He never contact me back and for sure if will do so Im not interested anymore... Thanks for 3 Months time wasting and all the best for all other people here.
