Interview
Fair process. The questions asked were relevant and there was enough support given to prepare for them. The first person to get in touch with me also helped a great deal in preparing for the subsequent rounds.
But I wish Gartner would share the library of information they share with the participants, with their own employees too, to get them better at handling the entire process.
The local HR chased me to apply on their internal portal while I was on vacation and asked to complete the process within an hour, but conveniently got sucked in work when it was her turn to share the feedback. Did not answer to multiple mails and avoided calls too.
That last bit sullied the entire experience and Gartner's prospects as an employer to me.
Interview had 3 stages. the last one with your VP, you had to roleplay. Recruitment will prepare you thoroughly for the process. With some prep it is doable. very generic,
