Interview
This is the most unorganized interview experience I have had to date. From the very beginning the recruiter rescheduled our call multiple times last minute. After I spoke with the first recruiter the second interview was 45 minutes with another recruiter. During this interview they will ask you question after question and don’t give you any time to ask any of your own questions.
They don’t communicate very well. It took at least a week or two for someone to reply about next steps and by the time they did I lost interest. First impressions are huge for me and if you can’t put a structured interview process together that is a huge red flag to me about the overall organization.

Avoid this interview process at all costs. It felt like nothing more than a data gathering exercise rather than a genuine hiring effort. Every single round was conducted by a recruiter — I never spoke with an actual hiring manager or team member. A complete waste of time and effort. I would not recommend applying.

It was okay. Two interviews, phone call and zoom. Zoom was a bit weird all very feedback approached. Had to do a role play of a cold call, which I do everyday to someone who has no cold calling experience so not sure that’s the best judge
