Contacted by intial recruiter for a 15 minute phone screen, scheduled to speak to Senior Recruiter for an hour, additional 30+ minute phone interviews with VP and Managers. Concluded with a panel interview. Complete additional information on online form.
Was called day before panel interview was scheduled and told they had decided to hire from within.

Interview had 3 stages. the last one with your VP, you had to roleplay. Recruitment will prepare you thoroughly for the process. With some prep it is doable. very generic,

Pretty standard interview, prepare examples from your career history. Two recruiter calls, one screening one behavioral, followed by final panel/role play call. Recruiter prepared me well, follow the instructions that they give you on how to run the mock scenario. Ask questions, be curious.
