A very structured process that allowed insight into the company and role. Provided ample opportunity to meet relevant people. There was support all the way through to make sure they got the best from you. Final stage incorporated a focus on you as an individual. They are keen on key traits in the questioning stages

They contacted. Positive first interview. Next interview very text book and not personal. I got very much later a rejection - no info of why. Reached out to personal recruiter - no answer. Unprofessional all up

Interview
Lots of calls and then no feedback whatsoever. Arrogant attitude: “we only hire the best”. (Interestingly, turnover in sales in that company is very high). My interviews ended nowhere - never heard back from the recruiter. Highly unprofessional. Not recommended.
