Interview
First interview over the phone, second zoom with the same person, third zoom with two hiring managers. Roleplays were pretty easy if you prepare for their objections. Be extremely aware of you executive presence. Not a good job for you if you prefer to talk like a human and not like a corporate robot.
Smooth and professional, the recruiter was very straight forward, responsive, and cut to the chase. I wasn’t confused at any point in the process and the next steps were always very clear
Interview process was great. The expectation was very clear going into the sales pitch interview it and the interviewer provided great insight into the sales training and the path to becoming successful early on
3 stages, involving STAR method, hiring manager 2 rounds and sdr boss final round, learn the gartner product well as well as sales process. Very friendly people and an interesting company to start career.
